Services Provided

Meditation is one of the greatest gifts we have been given, yet many of us do not know how to access it.  Meditation is not just a way to relax the mind and let go of thoughts, although it can be.  Meditation is actually a tool that can be used for energy healing on the self.  The process of meditating is learning to observe our breath, our minds, and our body, from a space of detachment.  This allows then for life force energy to flow through and balance out our systems for greater health and more vitality.  

 

It can also be used as a way to connect with the highest version of ourselves, to connect with the universe, with God or source (or whichever name you choose to call a higher intelligence), or with energy.  It is here to remind us of our true nature and to bring us back toward that space that is true within us. 

Meditation, can be very challenging and just like any new practice, trying to attempt it without guidance is often difficult and can seem near impossible. Many times, I hear people say, "I can't meditate because I can't get my mind to stop thinking."  Well of course you can't! You don't know how and you haven't had practice!

 

It is our greatest joy and honor to help bring the gift of meditation to others who may need some guidance along the path.  Instruction can be led in a one-to-one setting, where meditations will be curated to your specific needs and goals, or you may gather a group of friends or family who are ready to learn together!
